By using the Rook platform you agree to these terms. Rook provides software to support — not replace — your firm's compliance function. Final regulatory accountability remains with your firm and your Compliance Officer.

Subscription

Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Cancel any time; access continues to end of the billing period.

Acceptable use

Don't use Rook to commit fraud, infringe on third-party rights, or circumvent regulatory obligations.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rook's liability is capped at fees paid in the prior twelve months.
